By engaging Flinova's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.
Flinova provides web design, development, dashboard creation, and digital infrastructure services for businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or capabilities.
Standard payment structure is 50% upon approval of the project demo and 50% upon project launch. Payment is accepted via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the final website design and content we create for you. Flinova retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We do not claim ownership of content or assets you provide to us (logos, photos, text, etc.).
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised agreement and additional fees.
Flinova's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or revenue increases.
