A premium product with no premium online presence.
Rohan had been running Stitch & Stone from a small studio in Indiranagar, Bengaluru for three years. His shirts were genuinely excellent — premium fabrics, clean cuts, made for the professional Indian man who wanted to look sharp without looking corporate. Word of mouth had built a loyal local customer base.
But beyond Bengaluru, he didn't exist. No e-commerce. No Google presence. No way for someone in Mumbai or Chennai to buy from him. Every time someone from outside the city asked where they could get his clothes, the answer was a WhatsApp number and a prayer that they'd follow through.
He was doing ₹3–4 lakhs a month through walk-ins and local referrals. He knew the potential was ten times that — if only he had a proper online store.
