Beautiful candles. No way to sell them beyond her city.
Neha had been making hand-poured soy wax candles in Pune for two years — wooden wick candles, custom-scented gift sets, wedding favours, and seasonal collections. Her products were genuinely premium. Her packaging was immaculate. Her Instagram was beautiful.
But she was stuck. 95% of her sales were local. She sold at weekend markets, through local gift shops, and to repeat customers who already knew her. She'd tried shipping to other cities twice — both times it was a logistical nightmare with no order tracking, no proper invoicing, and no way to manage COD vs prepaid orders.
She also had a deeper problem: her candles were perfect for gifting, but nobody searching for "luxury candles India" or "soy wax candles gift Pune" could find her. That search traffic was going entirely to larger brands with websites.
